# AE History

> Review additions, uses, claims, refunds, and adjustments in the AE ledger.

AE History is the account view for offchain AE ledger changes.

## What a record can show

* Date and time
* Source or mission
* Added or reduced AE
* Claim, refund, or settlement status
* Related round, game, or Activity reference when available
* Balance after the ledger change

## Check an unexpected balance

1. Compare Attendance, Deposit AE snapshot, PoA distribution, and Explore histories separately.
2. Check whether a claim or refund is still pending.
3. Confirm the displayed wallet account.
4. Record the timestamp, amount, status, and related transaction or game identifier before contacting support.
