# PoA Planet Overview

> Register and evaluate verified cross-platform Web3 contribution.

PoA Planet is RocX's cross-platform Participation & Contribution Layer.

Users create Web3 content on an external platform and register the original URL in RocX. RocX does not host the original content. Only information required for verification and contribution records may be processed, such as platform, author, title, excerpt, publication time, thumbnail, content type, and URL.

## What PoA is not

RocX is not a new social network. Users do not compose a title, body, description, image, video, file, thumbnail, or comment inside the PoA registration flow. Registration is based on the original external content URL.
