# Active Energy란?

> RocX의 양도 불가능한 Offchain Participation Unit을 이해합니다.

Active Energy, **AE**는 RocX의 Offchain, Non-transferable Participation Unit입니다.

* Offchain Ledger에 기록
* 양도 불가능
* 고정 현금가치 없음
* ROCX와 고정 환산율 없음
* Token이 아님
* Airdrop, Token Allocation, Payment 또는 Financial Return을 보장하지 않음

AE는 승인된 Deposit AE, Attendance, 최종 PoA Contributor Ranking, Explore 결과와 명시적으로 승인된 규칙으로 기록될 수 있습니다. 모든 Activity가 자동으로 AE를 만들지는 않습니다.
