# Terms of Service

> Terms governing access to and use of RocX websites and services.

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern access to and use of RocX websites and services. By using RocX, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Services and accounts

RocX provides access to available DeFi interfaces and community features, including wallet connections, external-account linking, and content-link submissions.

Use RocX in accordance with applicable law and connect only wallets and accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for protecting access to them and reviewing signatures, approvals, transactions, and fees before proceeding. Connected platforms and services may have their own terms.

## 2. Content and acceptable use

Submit only content you created or are authorized to submit. You retain your rights in that content. By submitting a link, you permit RocX to access, process, and display that link and its public metadata only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service.

Do not impersonate others, infringe their rights, submit malicious content, manipulate activity results, or bypass security controls. RocX may verify account ownership and submissions, reject or remove submissions, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.

## 3. Risks and rewards

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and signatures or approvals may authorize actions affecting your assets. External networks and services may have their own risks and fees.

Submitting an activity does not by itself guarantee acceptance, a ranking, or a reward. Information provided through RocX is not investment advice, and RocX does not guarantee investment returns.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

## 4. Service and terms changes

RocX may modify or suspend features where reasonably necessary for operational, security, or legal reasons.

Updates to these Terms will be posted on this page and will apply prospectively. Where required by applicable law, RocX will provide advance notice of changes and when they take effect, or obtain consent.
