This whitepaper explains RocX's current vision, product direction, and operating concepts. It should be read with the limitations below. ## Information purpose This document is provided for general information. It is not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice and does not create a contractual commitment. ## Product status and change RocX remains under development. Features, architecture, supported platforms, interfaces, verification coverage, status names, economic mechanics, timelines, thresholds, distribution bands, and policies may change because of technical, security, business, legal, regulatory, platform, or abuse conditions. References to planned, conceptual, or policy-dependent features do not guarantee implementation, availability, launch timing, or continued support. Users should rely on the live product interface and applicable operating policy for current availability. ## External platforms, links, and content External content remains owned or controlled by the applicable original rights holder and stays on the platform where it was created. RocX does not own, endorse, warrant, or control third-party content merely because its URL or metadata appears in RocX. External links can expose users to phishing, impersonation, malware, illegal material, harmful content, and other third-party risks. Users should review destination URLs and protect their wallets and credentials. External-platform terms, moderation, APIs, metadata access, account verification, and availability may change or fail. Deleted, private, inaccessible, malicious, or policy-violating content may be rejected, hidden, or invalidated. ## Evaluation, ranking, Reputation, and Activity Identity Helpful and Not Helpful are contribution-quality signals. They do not guarantee factual accuracy, legality, safety, endorsement, or investment suitability. Contributor Ranking is not an investment-suitability assessment. Contribution Score, Reputation, and Activity Identity are contextual assessments that may be incomplete, delayed, disputed, manipulated, or incorrect. Reputation is not a financial credit score. Activity Identity is not legal identity proof. ## Active Energy and reserve accounting AE is a non-transferable offchain participation unit, not fiat currency or a token. It has no fixed cash value, cannot be immediately converted to a token, and has no fixed conversion rate to ROCX. AE does not guarantee payment, yield, token allocation, financial return, or future value. PoA ranking distributions are not fixed. The PoA Rewards Pool varies with eligible Explore activity and applicable operating policy. The 10,000 AE example and initial ranking bands are illustrative and do not promise a payout. The initial USD 50 eligibility threshold may be adjusted through operating policy. Meeting the threshold does not guarantee registration approval, valid evaluation, ranking, AE, or Reputation. ## Privacy and legal review RocX may process wallet addresses, connected external-account identifiers, public URLs and metadata, and limited authentication information for contributor verification. A production Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, content and takedown policy, copyright process, data-retention schedule, external-link warning, sanctions and jurisdiction review, and final consumer disclosures require separate legal review. This whitepaper does not replace those documents. No statement in this whitepaper guarantees token distribution, fixed AE rewards, product launch, platform support, financial benefit, or investment return.
