## Every Web3 Activity Creates Value

Web3 activity happens everywhere.

Users create research, education, analysis, development, tutorials, product feedback, and community content on external platforms while also depositing capital and using protocols onchain.

Yet these activities remain scattered across platforms and wallets, making it difficult to verify who created them, whether they remain valid, and what value they added.

RocX is built on the belief that **meaningful, verified Web3 activity** should remain visible as measurable contribution.

## Not every activity carries the same value

**Every Web3 Activity Creates Value.** does not mean that every click or link automatically earns a reward.

* Not every click is meaningful activity.
* Not every link is approved for registration.
* Not every registered activity qualifies for AE distribution.
* Not every evaluation is accepted as a valid score.

Activity becomes a credible value signal only when originality, contributor ownership, Web3 relevance, accessibility, policy compliance, and eligible evaluation can be considered together.

## Original content remains on the external platform

RocX does not replace the platforms where content is created. Users register only the original content URL instead of authoring or uploading a new title, body, image, video, or file inside RocX.

    Submit the original link created by an external account connected to the RocX account and wallet.

    RocX may review the source, contributor ownership, uniqueness, relevance, accessibility, and policy compliance.

    An activity that passes verification may appear on the PoA Activity Board with its original URL and available metadata.

## Verification and evaluation make contribution visible

Only activity created by the user's connected account can qualify as that user's contribution. Content created by someone else, duplicate links, inaccessible content, or policy-violating content may be rejected or invalidated.

Users who meet the operating requirements may evaluate informational, educational, or practical value as Helpful or Not Helpful. These are not ordinary Like or Dislike reactions.

  The visible net evaluation score is based on eligible Helpful minus eligible Not Helpful signals.

Raw evaluation counts alone do not determine final contribution recognition or AE distribution. Verification, duplication checks, invalidation, and abuse review may also apply.

## Contribution becomes a long-term record

Verified activity can accumulate as part of a user's contribution history instead of ending as a single reaction. Eligible results may connect to Active Energy, Reputation, and Activity Identity under the applicable operating policy.

Receiving more AE does not automatically guarantee higher Reputation. AE and Reputation are non-transferable records with different purposes.
