# Proof of Activity

> The RocX verification system connecting onchain capital activity with verified user contribution.

Proof of Activity is the shared verification system that connects onchain capital activity with verified user participation inside RocX.

It turns meaningful activity into signals that can contribute to Active Energy, Reputation, Activity Identity, contributor recognition, ecosystem access, partner opportunities, Explore participation, and DeFi experiences.

## Activity is not the same as proof

A transaction, link, click, or social action can occur without creating lasting value. Proof of Activity checks whether activity is authentic, relevant, valid, unique, attributable to the contributor, and meaningful enough to enter the RocX value layer.

Registration creates a record for review. It does not guarantee verification or AE.

The raw activity score is eligible Helpful minus eligible Not Helpful. Final ranking eligibility may also reflect verification and abuse review. PoA AE is distributed to the top 100 eligible contributors from the round's PoA Rewards Pool, not paid immediately for each action.

## One framework, three responsibilities
