Check an unexpected balance
- Compare Attendance, Deposit AE snapshot, PoA distribution, and Explore histories separately.
- Check whether a claim or refund is still pending.
- Confirm the displayed wallet account.
- Record the timestamp, amount, status, and related transaction or game identifier before contacting support.
AE History is an offchain participation ledger, not a token transaction history.
