1. Services and accounts
RocX provides access to available DeFi interfaces and community features, including wallet connections, external-account linking, and content-link submissions. Use RocX in accordance with applicable law and connect only wallets and accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for protecting access to them and reviewing signatures, approvals, transactions, and fees before proceeding. Connected platforms and services may have their own terms.2. Content and acceptable use
Submit only content you created or are authorized to submit. You retain your rights in that content. By submitting a link, you permit RocX to access, process, and display that link and its public metadata only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service. Do not impersonate others, infringe their rights, submit malicious content, manipulate activity results, or bypass security controls. RocX may verify account ownership and submissions, reject or remove submissions, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.3. Google and YouTube services
RocX uses Google OAuth 2.0 and YouTube API Services to connect a user-authorized YouTube channel and verify the source of a user-submitted public YouTube video. You may connect only Google and YouTube accounts you own or are authorized to connect. A submitted video URL can be registered as your PoA activity only if the publishing channel matches your connected channel. By using RocX’s YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy describes Google’s privacy practices. See Google and YouTube API data in the RocX Privacy Policy for data access, use, sharing, retention, deletion, and revocation. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting YouTube in RocX or through Google Account permissions. Disconnection or revocation may stop YouTube-related features. Changes, interruptions, or restrictions to Google or YouTube services or APIs may also change or suspend the related RocX features. RocX is not an agent or official partner of Google or YouTube and does not claim their endorsement or sponsorship unless separately agreed in writing. RocX does not upload, publish, modify, or delete YouTube videos or other content on your behalf. It does not like, comment, subscribe, or perform other YouTube write operations.4. Meta Platform Integrations
This section applies only when a relevant integration is available and you choose to connect it. It does not represent approval or current availability of all Meta integrations.4.1 Third-party terms
When connecting a supported Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account, you must comply with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of that service, including applicable Meta Platform Terms. Availability depends on platform, account type, region, permissions, and approval or continued availability of the applicable API. Instagram may require a supported professional account. Facebook support is limited to supported accounts or Pages, where available. RocX does not claim support for all accounts or arbitrary public posts.4.2 Account authorization
You may connect only an account you own or are legally authorized to use. You must not connect another person’s account without authorization, impersonate a person or organization, or bypass account-matching and verification controls. RocX requests access only through the applicable authorization process. You may withdraw authorization through RocX or the applicable Meta settings. These integrations are for read-only verification; RocX does not publish, modify, delete, like, comment, message, follow, or manage advertising on your behalf.4.3 Content ownership and authenticity
You may submit only URLs for content you created, published, or are legally authorized to submit. Unless RocX expressly supports another verification method, the publishing account must match the Meta account connected to your RocX profile. A match verifies the source, but does not endorse the content or guarantee acceptance, ranking, or rewards.4.4 Verification and enforcement
RocX may reject or remove a PoA submission, invalidate its verification result, restrict future participation, disconnect an external account, or cancel pending or unsettled rewards where it reasonably identifies:- an account or author mismatch;
- impersonation or unauthorized content;
- duplicate, manipulated, or fraudulent submissions;
- a violation of these Terms or applicable platform policies; or
- a security, legal, or platform-compliance risk.
4.5 Platform availability and independence
Meta may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue its APIs, permissions, or services. RocX may modify or suspend an affected integration where reasonably necessary as a result. RocX is not an agent, official partner, or representative of Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Threads and does not claim their endorsement or sponsorship unless separately agreed in writing. See Meta Platform Data and Social Account Data Deletion for data practices and controls.5. TikTok integration
This section applies when the TikTok integration is available and you choose to connect it. Connection is optional and requires your explicit OAuth authorization. You must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Privacy Policy, and applicable TikTok policies.5.1 Account authorization and verification
You may connect only a TikTok account you own or are legally authorized to use. You must not connect another person’s account without authorization, impersonate others, or bypass verification controls. Submit only public video URLs for videos you personally posted through the connected account and have the right to submit. RocX uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Display API with onlyuser.info.basic and video.list for read-only PoA verification. RocX extracts the Video ID from your submitted URL and compares it with the connected account’s public video results. The account-to-video relationship must be confirmed before the submission is treated as verified.
RocX may refuse verification or registration if the account does not match, the video is private or deleted, the URL is invalid, authorization has expired, or API information is insufficient. Successful source verification does not guarantee PoA approval, ranking, Active Energy (AE), or any other reward.
5.2 Read-only operation and enforcement
You create and publish videos on TikTok and voluntarily submit public URLs to RocX. RocX does not requestvideo.publish or other write permissions and does not use the TikTok Content Posting API. RocX does not upload, publish, modify, or delete videos; like, comment, or repost; follow or unfollow; send messages or DMs; or create or manage ads on your behalf. The integration does not access private videos, drafts, contacts, DMs, or advertising data, and RocX does not collect your TikTok password.
Where RocX reasonably identifies duplication, manipulation, impersonation, fraud, or a violation of these Terms or applicable platform policies, it may remove a submission, invalidate verification, restrict participation, or cancel pending or unsettled rewards. This does not imply that RocX can reverse completed blockchain transactions.
