PoA Planet is RocX’s cross-platform Participation and Contribution Layer, where users register Web3 content created on external platforms, verify ownership and validity, receive eligible community evaluation, and build Active Energy and Reputation.
Create anywhere. Prove it on RocX.

What PoA Planet is

Web3 activity happens everywhere. RocX turns verified contribution into measurable value without moving the original content from the platform where it was created. Content stays where it was created. Its contribution becomes visible on RocX.

Why cross-platform contribution matters

Research, education, development, analysis, tutorials, ecosystem updates, and community work are fragmented across external platforms. PoA Planet connects those records with a contributor’s wallet activity, Active Energy, Reputation, and Activity Identity. Supported platforms may expand over time depending on verification capability, metadata accessibility, platform policy, and operational requirements. Users submit only the original content URL. They cannot write or upload a title, body, description, image, video, file, custom thumbnail, hashtag, or comment inside RocX. Where supported and safe, RocX may retrieve source metadata. If metadata is unavailable, the Activity Board may show the platform, author, registration time, original URL, and a View Original Activity action. See Activity Registration & Verification for supported-platform, metadata, contributor, uniqueness, relevance, and validity rules. Users must meet the eligibility requirements in the current operating policy to submit external activity links or evaluate them as Helpful or Not Helpful. Under the current policy, users qualify when the combined USD value of eligible assets deposited in RocX DeFi is at least USD 50. Supported assets, the threshold, conversion, and calculation methods may change through operating policy and product specification. One eligible user may register a maximum of one external activity link per day. This limit reduces bulk posting, AI-generated submission floods, duplicate content, link spam, and operational review load while preserving balanced participation opportunities. The daily limit resets according to RocX’s service operating timezone, which is defined in the applicable operating policy.

Contributor verification

The registrant’s RocX account and wallet must connect to the external account that originally created the content. Content from an unconnected account is not recognized as the registrant’s own contribution, and another user’s content cannot be claimed as personal contribution.

Helpful and Not Helpful

Eligible evaluators use Helpful or Not Helpful to assess informational, educational, analytical, or practical value. Not Helpful is a quality signal. One eligible wallet can evaluate an activity once. A larger deposit does not create more evaluations or greater evaluation weight.

Daily evaluation limits

An eligible user may submit up to 10 Helpful and 10 Not Helpful evaluations per day. The limits are counted separately, for up to 20 evaluation actions per day, while the one-evaluation-per-activity rule still applies. The daily reset follows the service operating timezone defined by operating policy.

Contributor ranking

The raw activity score is eligible Helpful minus eligible Not Helpful. A contributor’s verified activity scores are aggregated over a current ranking round, then adjusted for verification, invalidation, and abuse review. The current operating cycle is 14 days. Only the top 100 eligible contributors receive a distribution from that round’s PoA Rewards Pool. Scores reset for the next round, while activity history and Reputation may remain. The cycle and distribution policy may change through operating policy.

PoA Rewards Pool

The PoA Rewards Pool is an AE-denominated offchain reserve dedicated to contributor rewards.

Active Energy and Reputation

  • Active Energy is a usable, non-transferable offchain participation unit. PoA AE is distributed through the finalized Contributor Ranking, not immediately for registration, verification, or each evaluation.
  • Reputation is a non-transferable record of long-term quality, trust, consistency, and contribution history.
Receiving more AE does not automatically create higher Reputation.

Not another social network

RocX does not replace the platforms where Web3 content is created. It provides the verification, evaluation, and value layer that connects those activities. PoA Planet does not add internal content publishing, comments, replies, direct messages, or follower relationships.

Relationship with DeFi and Explore

DeFi Planet measures capital. PoA Planet measures contribution. Explore Planet keeps participation moving. An eligible DeFi deposit establishes registration and evaluation eligibility without giving larger depositors more evaluation power. Normally settled winning Explore results allocate 5% of gross result AE to the Active Energy Reserve Pool and 5% to the PoA Rewards Pool.

Active Energy Economy

Not every click is meaningful activity. Not every link is accepted. Not every registered link receives AE. Not every evaluation becomes an eligible score. Meaningful, verified Web3 activity may become a value signal only after the applicable checks and final review.
Every Web3 Activity Creates Value.
